We're looking for a proactive and versatile team member to join Snotty Noses Australia as our Admin & Accounts Coordinator. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where no two days are the same — one moment you'll be reconciling accounts in Xero, the next you'll be coordinating wholesale freight, checking in with trade customers about stock levels, or working with our warehouse, sales and customer service teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Snotty Noses Australia Pty Ltd ) is a family owed provider of multi-award-winning, innovative baby health products.

Our products have gone "viral" across media channels and gained cult status in the parenting community.

We are a small team in a family-owned business based in our warehouse/office in Acacia Ridge with big growth plans

Our products are sold online and stocked in 1000+ stores across Australia, including Baby Bunting and Terry White Chemmart.

This role ideally suits someone with hands-on experience in accounts, admin and customer care, who can work closely with our small passionate team, and who is looking for a 5 day a week role (with the option of flexible 32-38 hrs per week).

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage invoicing, AP/AR reconciliation, and credit notes for wholesale accounts in Xero


• Handling customer claims, rebates, and product returns


• Maintain Excel tracking reports for revenue and sales across DTC and wholesale


• Coordinate basic freight and logistics tasks (e.g. tracking, liaising with couriers)


• Liaise with suppliers to confirm stock levels and delivery timeframes


• Liaise with our 1000+ stockists by phone to check stock levels and offer product support


• Liaise with DTC customers to support our customer service team.


• Identify process improvements, help streamline management of accounts & admin tasks.

What You'll Bring:


• 2+ years' experience in accounts/admin roles (preferably in a product-based or e-commerce business)


• Demonstratable skills in both Xero and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas)


• Strong attention to detail, efficient work practices and full ownership of tasks.


• Ability to problem solve customer enquiries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.


• Confident communicator, and ability to build relationships with our wholesale store accounts via phone support.


• Proactive mindset – always looking for ways to improve systems.


• Knowledge of AI/ChatGPT to optimise workflows and ability to learn new ways of working effectively is highly regarded
