The Role:
The Senior Sales Administrator - JayChem, is a business support function focused on the supply and installation of chemical dispensing systems to the commercial laundry, healthcare, and hospitality markets. You will be responsible for sales admin, project management, coordinating staff and contractors to implement new business rollouts aligned to the company's brand standards.
You will be working as part of a highly motivated, national team, delivering outstanding customer experiences throughout Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the JayChem sales team
- Manage incoming JayChem sales enquiries Australia wide
- Help convert sales enquiries into orders/appointments
- Process sales orders, quotations and product inquiries accurately and efficiently
- Chase payment of outstanding monies which are outside of agreed terms
- Call targeted customers monthly to review stock level and seek replenishment orders which are aligned to freight policy
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, procurement) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client data, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities
- Provide customer analytics and EBR's (Executive Business Reviews) for corporate style business
- Provide reports to Management as directed on business activities, opportunities, competitor activities and other factors that may affect the company's business
- Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Support business development initiatives by researching market trends and customer needs
