We are seeking an amazing person with proven strong Xero skills and payroll experience to take on a diverse and variety-filled role in a small in-office team.
The National Administration Manager is responsible for all administrative tasks for the installations offices in three states, soon to be four. Always fast-moving, always changing, the incumbent needs a sense of urgency and strong bookkeeping skills.
The person will be:
- Invoicing
- Paying bills
- Weekly Payroll
- Management reporting
- Managing Ampol, Bunnings and credit cards
- Lodging BAS
- Preparing contracts and HR documentation
- Booking flights & accommodation
- Booking training
- Organising uniforms
- Organising office and kitchen products
- Organising services
- Organising mobiles, laptops and monitors
- Liaison with property agent
- Reception (low call volume)
- Problem solving
- Office maintenance
You will need to be high energy and have a sense of urgency. Your top notch organisation skills and time management, as well as being able to keep your sense of humour and your never-ending patience, will stand you in good stead.
If you have experience in HR management as well, that would be well regarded. We'd like to see that you are either Diploma qualified (business, accounting, HR, leadership) or have at least 4 years practical experience.
