Temp Warranty Claims Officer

ABOUT THE POSITION

Warranty Claims Data Entry Admin provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive

Key Deliverables

Accurately enter and process warranty claims into the system.

Review and validate warranty claim information for completeness and accuracy.

Cross-check supporting documents (e.g., invoices, service reports) to ensure compliance.

Follow up on pending or rejected claims with internal teams or manufacturers.

Maintain records of claims, approvals, and rejections in company databases.

Communicate with customers, technicians, or suppliers regarding claim status.

Assist in preparing reports related to warranty claims and processing times.

Ensure adherence to company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and deadlines.

Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues in the claims process.

Support other administrative tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:

Proficient knowledge of computers, primarily Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Knowledge of standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, etc.

Good language, grammar, basic mathematical skills and some accounting skills necessary.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral to use effectively within the organization.

Ability to work on projects unassisted.

Ability to work on deadlines and handle multiple assignments at one time.

Must be able to meet regular attendance requirements.

Ability to effectively work as a member of a team.

This Role is a short term contract until the end of the year
