Join our Brisbane Depot as a **Transport Administrator** and become a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly.

You’ll also have the chance to cross-train across departments and support the team during peak periods and leave coverage.

**Role 1 - Debriefing Administrator**

**Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
**Focus**: Driver paperwork debriefing, supporting the operational team with admin tasks related to deliveries and compliance.

**Role 2 - Customer Service Administrator**

**Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon & Fri) | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Tues-Thurs) **Focus**: Customer-facing admin duties, handling bookings, time slots, and acting as the liaison between clients and operations.

- **Industry Experience (Preferred, Not Essential)** - We’ll train the right person

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Customer Coordination** - Be the go-to for key clients and urgent escalations
- **Driver Debriefing** - Review and process paperwork to close out daily runs
- **Freight Bookings & Scheduling** - Manage delivery slots and customer requests
- **Operations Support** - Liaise with depot staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- **Admin & Reporting** - Assist the Admin and Depot Manager with daily tasks
