Your Role:

  • Support NDIS participants via Support Coordination and/or Recovery Coaching.
  • Connect participants to services, track progress, and provide reports.
  • Work autonomously while enjoying a collaborative office environment if you choose.
  • Bring your experience, empathy, and creativity to help participants thrive.

Who You Are:

  • An experienced Support Coordinator and/or Recovery Coach who loves what you do and just wants to get on with it.
  • You thrive on independence — managing your own participants, your own hours, and your own way of working.
  • You value flexibility — work from home or from the office..
  • You're organised, professional, and genuine — the kind of person participants trust and colleagues respect.
  • You want to spend your time supporting people, not stuck in admin or chasing invoices — and you appreciate a team that's got your back when it counts.
  • You might already have your own caseload or existing contracts — and that's totally fine. Keep them. No transfers, no restrictions — you can continue your existing work while also taking on BCOGNITIVE Australia participants to grow your numbers and your income.
  • You see collaboration as strength, not competition — and you value being part of a network that respects autonomy.
