The Role

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated NDIS Support Coordinators to join our growing team in Queensland. As a Support Coordinator, you will assist participants in navigating the NDIS, connecting with appropriate service providers, and ensuring their plans are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans.
  • Connect participants with appropriate community, mainstream, and funded supports.
  • Build strong professional relationships with participants, families, and providers.
  • Monitor progress and adjust supports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with NDIS standards.

Requirements

  • Experience 1- 2 years as an NDIS Support Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and support coordination requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
  • Current Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Location

Multiple areas across Queensland – flexibility to work remotely and in the field.
