Experienced Support Coordinators
Continue your work, your way with the support you deserve.
We're only looking for experienced NDIS Support Coordinators with existing caseloads that are ready to transition.
If you're already doing the work and looking for a values-aligned team behind, you read on.
At Disability Support Project (DSP), we're building a national team of senior, self-directed Support Coordinators who want to focus on participants not politics. Whether you're working independently as a subcontractor or employed elsewhere and looking to move into a more ethical, stable and supportive environment we're here to back you.
We know the NDIS is evolving rapidly. Expectations are increasing, compliance is tightening, and many experienced COS are left carrying the weight alone. DSP offers a better way to keep doing what you love with genuine support, above-award pay, and no disruption to your caseload.
What We Offer
- Above-award pay (FTE and contractor options)
- Flexible WFH roles from anywhere in Australia
- Supportive, ethical onboarding for a seamless transition
- Training and Onboarding programs
- Respect for your relationships keep your caseload, your way
- Hands-on executive support and a COS Team Leader who gets it
- Low red tape, high trust autonomy and flexibility built in
- Real growth opportunities senior roles, mentoring pathways, or just a solid home base if that's what you want
Who We're Looking For
- You're currently working as a Support Coordinator, with a stable caseload and strong sector connections.
- You've got 2+ years' experience navigating the NDIS and supporting participants through complex systems.
- You are values-driven, outcome-focused, and tired of systems that don't put people first.
- You're ready for a team that supports without micromanaging.
You want either secure full-time employment or to maintain your independent contractor lifestyle but with backup when you need it.
About the Role
You'll continue delivering quality, participant-focused Support Coordination without starting over. We'll support a confidential and seamless transition so you can focus on what matters most: helping participants navigate the NDIS with clarity, control and purpose.
This is not a role for juniors or those still "getting started" in the sector.
This is a senior-level opportunity to plug into a national team that respects what you bring and helps you do more of it, better.
Why Now?
As NDIA reforms continue to roll out, seasoned Support Coordinators are more essential than ever. Participants need clarity. Systems need interpreters. Communities need trusted professionals. If you've built that trust, we want to help you protect and grow it.
Ready to Talk?
We won't make you jump through hoops if this sounds like the right next chapter for you, hit Apply Now and we'll be in touch for a confidential, supportive conversation.
