Gemme Support Services & Therapies is a growing NDIS provider dedicated to delivering high-quality supports across Sydney. We are seeking an Admin Assistant (Contractor, ABN required) to provide flexible remote support on a casual basis.

About the Role

  • Contractor (ABN) – flexible casual hours, 100% work from home
  • Assist with NDIS documentation (service agreements, intake, compliance records)
  • Manage emails, calls, scheduling/rosters, and participant enquiries
  • Support invoicing, data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Liaise with support coordinators, plan managers, and participants

About You

  • Strong administration experience with NDIS knowledge (essential)
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy – confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • ABN required (contractor role)
