The opportunity we have available:
We are looking for a responsible and professional Administration Support Officer, with office experience who is energetic and enthusiastic. To help us achieve our vision by building and maintaining strong business relationships.
The successful applicant:
- Will be a part time employee.
- Working 60 hours per fortnight.
- Negotiable hours Monday to Friday.
- Experience in accounts payable.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Have strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.
- Be able to work in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and credit claims from suppliers.
- Reconcile and pay supplier accounts monthly.
- Reception duties
- Other general administration tasks.

We have 3 stores located in Toowoomba. BMS Mitre 10 supply hardware, building materials, timber, power tools, hand tools, house paint, plumbing, bathroom fixtures and fittings, electrical fittings and garden products.
