We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first point of contact for our clients and support the overall operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle email inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure that the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for the team.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain online office records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with general office duties including data entry, preparing documents, and coordinating office activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role (2+ year preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Team collaboration and the ability to work independently.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanour.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
