Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing outgoing and internal mail
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and uniform supplies
  • Supporting various departments with general admin tasks.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • A welcoming and professional phone manner
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • A keen eye for detail and a polished presentation
