Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing outgoing and internal mail
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and uniform supplies
- Supporting various departments with general admin tasks.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in a similar position
- A welcoming and professional phone manner
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook
- A keen eye for detail and a polished presentation
