Medical Receptionist

We are searching for a reliable, motivated and hard working Medical Receptionist to join our amazing team at SIA Medical in Burwood, Victoria.
This role is a casual position with the opportunity to progress to part time.
As a Medical Receptionist, most of your primary duties will be front reception; and therefore a caring approach towards patients, a great phone manner and basic administrative and computer skills are required.
The following experience will be highly regarded (but not required)
-Medical receptionist or Healthcare industry experience
-Ability to work in a team and autonomously
-Strong communication skills
-Billing and process patient accounts
-General administrative duties as required
-Expereience of PracSoft and Medical Director is preferable but not essential
-Knowledge of medical terminology and medical billing
-Ability to handle a high pressure environment and understanding of privacy and confidentiality in a health care setting is required
