O'Shea Medical Centre is a well-established bulk billing practice with an exceptional team of 15 doctors, supported by a team of professional and caring nurses, receptionists and allied health providers in a large, modern facility.   We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and patient focused part-time / casual experienced medical receptionist to join our existing team.  The right candidate will have a flexible approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a calm and professional manner.  Previous applicants need not apply please.

The role will require you to perform general reception duties including but not limited to :

Appointment management using Best Practice

Patient interaction, billing and receipting

Incoming phone calls and enquiries

Liaising with GP's and other health professionals

Database management, scanning and allocating of documents

Providing a high level of customer service at all times
