Our Remuneration & Benefits Analyst is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs within EssilorLuxottica across our corporate, wholesale and retail functions. With a primary focus on ensuring EssilorLuxottica’s compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, aligned with industry standards, and effectively support our organizational goals.

This role will include support across our bonus programs, annual remuneration reviewing processes, implementation of new HR projects whilst having exposure across our employee benefits program & global mobility scheme. Your analytical skills will empower you to create compelling narratives around compensation trends and insights, influencing strategic decisions at the highest level. Working in our HR Rewards & Analytics team this will offer you lots of variety across your daily tasks and an opportunity to transform how we reward and support our exceptional talent.

**Requirements for Success**
- Revise KPIs, manage employee database, create bonus letters/scorecards for new hires, generate/evaluate scorecards/bonus letters, review annual bonus calculations.
- Implement organization updates and review changes to salary proposals, as well as review and generate salary increase letters
- Testing, administration and management of our new annual MBO scheme, as well as employee data on our SAP Success Factors compensation module
- Support the Remuneration Manager in the research and analysis of benefit opportunities to enhance the EssilorLuxottica benefits offerings
- Manage enquiries about remuneration and benefits, and provide advice to managers and employees
- Support upload and communication of employee related benefit initiatives and support in the employee product reimbursement benefit
- Support the Remuneration Manager in the generation of business reports and conduct various types of analyses

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years within Compensation and Benefits
- Strong analytical skills & exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prepare results in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to handle confidential information in the appropriate way
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodology
- Good understanding of payroll processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Experience within the Retail environment highly regarded
