Based in the heart of Sydney CBD, we are seeking an experienced Remuneration Analyst to join a busy team on a temporary 3 month basis. Within this role you will be responsible for developing and evaluating cemteproary reward and design programs, monitor market trends and provide recommendations and analysis support.

**Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to**:

- Develop, implement and evaluate contemporary Reward and Design programs
- Provide advice and support to HR Business Partners, managers and employees on reward and design matters.
- Assist with the advising of structures and role descriptions and understanding the business context and goals.
- Provide consultative and expert advice including advice on Reward and Design practices, restructures and position management
- Provide technical guidance to team members

**Who are you?**
- Proven experience in a remuneration role
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirement
- Ability to identify market trends that may influence HR plans and goals
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- This opportunity is to start as soon as possible and will be for a 3 month max term period._
