As Remuneration Analyst, you will report directly to the Performance and Reward Lead and work closely with the wider HR team of 9 members across the 230 employees. This opportunity is for someone who is looking to grow their career in the remuneration analytics space with the support of an experienced leader. The responsibilities of the role are;
- End to end remuneration analysis.
- Planning and preparing for remuneration cycle events.
- Metrics reporting framework for long term and short term incentives.
- Reviewing and streamlining process improvements.
- Involvement in key projects alongside the Performance and Reward lead
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- People metrics, reporting and analysis

**THE CRITERIA**
- Human Resource Degree or similar is highly desirable.
- 1-2 year experience in a remuneration analytics role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- High proficiency using Excel.
