Our client is a leading FinTech company with a strong brand, seeking a Remuneration and Reporting Analyst to join their dynamic team of professionals. This is initially a contract role with the view to becoming permanent

Reporting directly to the Head of Remuneration and working closely with the wider HR Team, your main responsibilities will include:

- Reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis of people data including FTE, turnover and adhoc reporting.
- Supporting the delivery of remuneration review processes and incentive programs.
- Streamlining and automating existing remuneration processes.
- Benchmarking as required by the business.
- Providing research insights and analysis to be used in decision-making, forecasting, and the design of ad-hoc solutions
- Job evaluation advice.
- Ad hoc reporting for the business.

To be successful for this role, we ask that you have;
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills essential (V-look ups and Pivot tables)
- Power BI an advantage
- Ability to draw insights from data in a meaningful and digestible manner for the audience.
- Around 3 years experience in a remuneration or reporting role
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Data Science or similar discipline
