**About the opportunity**
This is an exciting opportunity to join an iconic global brand known for its vibrant culture and creativity.

As a key member of the HR team you will be responsible for managing all aspects of remuneration from salary surveys, benchmarking, the annual pay review process, and competitor analysis. You will also manage payroll, ensuring all employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner, and manage payroll tax and worker's compensation.

You will also be responsible for HR metrics and reporting, leveraging your analytical skills to provide the business with key people insights to sustain and improve performance. Working with the HR team you will maintain HR-related budgets and reporting including, labour cost, recruitment and L&D spend and other people-related costs

**About you**

Additionally, you will demonstrate:

- Highly analytical, with excellent Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Hands-on experience processing payroll and award interpretation
- HR systems experience across, time & attendance, payroll processing and HRIS
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team towards a common goal.
