Work for an innovative global ASX-listed corporate, which is a highly successful and growing organisation, as the Remuneration & Benefits Analyst who reports to the Head of Performance & Reward.
This role could be worked completely remotely from anywhere in Australia.
This is a varied, and broad Comp & Ben Analyst role, which will see you assist with all the review cycles, HR reporting, and supporting the Remuneration and Benefits team for a commercial company of over 500 people nationally. Working in a flat structured environment, so exposure to working with executive level, this role will work across all areas of Total Reward, and support the broader close-knit global HR team.
This would be well suited to a Rem Analyst who is interested in gaining exposure to ASX listed business, global remit, and a very contemporary and progressive Senior Rem Leader, in a dynamic commercial business. Great exposure to Board Papers and Rem Co., so good opportunity to leverage your career with Listed experience.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Experience in remuneration, compensation, and benefits at the analyst or consultant level;
- Experienced advising with People and Business Partners in all key aspects of remuneration and experience in benefits design/implementation;
- Experience getting the reports for remuneration and performance reviews;
- Excellent analytical and broader HR reporting skills with strong attention to detail;
- Experience with administration of compensation systems and strong Excel skills;
- Relevant degree qualification (Business, Commerce, Human Resources).
- Australian working rights, and also living in Australia.
