**Remuneration & Benefits Manager**

**About the role**

We have a rare opportunity to join the head office of a large complex organisation responsible for delivering some of Australia’s major infrastructure projects. Reporting to the GM, P&C, Corporate, you will manage UGL’s remuneration and benefits, programs and policies. This will involve providing in-depth analytical support and advice across a broad range of people and workforce data, delivering the approval and process activities relating to the UGL remuneration program, and to lead the annual remuneration and bonus review.

The role is based in our corporate head office in North Sydney.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Provide governance and guidance on the remuneration strategy
- Lead UGL’s people reporting and analytics including statutory and Group related reporting
- Critical interface between UGL and CIMIC Group Remuneration and Benefits team
- Ensure appropriate relativities as well as appropriate job grade placement across the organisation
- Lead remuneration and bonus review
- Manage the Metrics Analyst and Data Science graduate
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and ethical standards and provide training to the P&C community as required

**About you**
- This is a natural next step for a Senior Remuneration & Benefits person to step into a management role with 2 direct reports
- The role will suit a data driven remuneration and benefits specialist with experience in a large corporate environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- ERP systems experience, ideally SAP and Power BI along with advanced Excel
