We are seeking a values-driven and dedicated Office Administrator reporting to the Corps Officer. You will provide well-organised and efficient administrative and clerical support to the Corps Officers & Ministry employees in order to support the achievement of TSA mission.

This is a permanent part-time 15 hours (3 days) per week position based at Tweed Heads Corps.

You will successfully
- Provide general office administration and clerical support in a well-organised and timely manner
- Manage the administration of the church’s social media presence to ensure regularity & consistency of messaging
- Create PowerPoint presentations, posters, rosters, church directories as required
- Ensure the provision of prompt, efficient and gracious customer service to internal and external customers
- Manage office and centre supplies and equipment to ensure supplies are readily available when required
- Provide accurate and timely financial administration & recording of invoices, banking, petty cash, bank receipting, and reconciliations

You will have
- 2-3+ years administration office/practice experience working with some level of autonomy
- Certificate in Business Administration and/or extensive experience
- Experience with Canva or other graphic similar design programs is desirable
- Experience using communication databases desirable eg Mailchimp
- Good level of computer literacy in MS Office and exposure to computerised accounting systems and databases
- A drivers licence
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
