**Purchasing & Accounts Payable Clerk**

**$60,000 to $64,000 + Super (based on experience)**

Do you have knowledge of vehicle spare parts, purchasing processes, an understanding of stock levels and some experience with accounts administration? If so, this role is for you. **APPLY NOW**.

**About You**:

- Microsoft Navision experience desirable
- Attention to detail coupled with a high level of data entry accuracy
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work both independently, and as a member of a team
- Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to problem solve
- Vehicle spare parts or mechanical aptitude is helpful

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in sourcing the best products at competitive prices
- Setting up schedules and assisting with fleet documentation
- Reviewing stock levels and understanding essential items
- Running reports and generating purchase orders
- Liaising with mechanically minded staff in the company’s other offices & workshops
- Accurate data entry of work orders received daily from teams
- Assist with processing invoices and End of Month reconciliations
- Other general duties specific to a purchasing role.

If successful, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical along with drug and alcohol testing.
