**Must have**
- a sound background in computers and related equipment,
- a positive attitude despite facing any challenges and resilient under stress,
- additional certifications an advantage,
- will be required to do other duties within the company
- fluent English, both written and verbal,
- the ability to focus on multiple tasks concurrently and effectively prioritise,
- the ability to manage own time to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner
- 10 - 20 hours per week over multiple days (Monday - Saturday)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Ability and drive to meet and exceed KPIs
- Provide excellent service & accurate advice to our customers
- Interpreting client needs to provide assistance on all software, hardware & service requirements
- Configure complete solutions based on customer needs & wants
- Help expand our emerging managed services department
- Cold calling leads and prospective new clients and assist and prepare quotations in a timely manner

**Key Competencies, Skills & Experience**:

- Technical competency and the ability to learn new technologies
- Strong selling and customer service skills
- The ability to think quickly and manage issues under pressure
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at senior management levels
- Well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5 years in the ICT industry.
- Previous experience selling managed services an advantage
- Full Drivers Licence and Car

Package will be determined on education, skills and experience. Package will include Base Wage, Overtime, Commission and Superannuation.
