Independent Locksmiths and Security is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager with locksmithing expertise and strong sales experience to join our growing team.

With over 50 years in the industry, we pride ourselves on being a true one-stop-shop for security solutions. Our clients span utilities, education, government, shopping centers, telecommunications, pubs and clubs, and local councils.

About The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated BDM who holds a Certificate III in Locksmithing and has a passion for combining technical skills with business development.

In this role you will:

  • Quote and secure commercial locksmithing projects across all client sectors
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through to successful delivery
  • Respond to tenders and prepare competitive submissions
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing accounts
  • Identify and onboard new clients, ensuring long-term partnerships

What we're looking for:

  • Certificate III in Locksmithing (essential)
  • Proven experience in sales and project management
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to manage accounts and job workflow
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with passion for locksmithing and security solutions
