Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

We're seeking a Operations Supervisor to support our Toll Fuels division in Spotswood. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will supervise and schedule the driver work groups and ensure compliance and safety.

This role will work a rotating roster of 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off and is a full time permanent position. Experience genuine learning and development and career progression opportunities within Toll through our online development system and internal mobility policy.

Some of your duties may include:
- Determine and arrange weekly labour and vehicle requirements according to volume and time requirements.- Monitor supplier’s maintenance requirements including service scheduling of company fleet with logbook requirements.- Lead by example for staff in manner, attitude, and customer service to ensure the operations are process driven.- Work effectively with the team by sharing information and effecting smooth transitions and changeovers daily without interruption to service levels.- Supervise daily activities to ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with procedures.

About you:
- 3+ years experience in transport, logistics or supply chain management.- Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation.- Self-starter prepared to take the initiative and be accountable.- Champion of safe work practices and encourages others to follow HSE procedures.
