**About the Role**
- The Operational Assurance Supervisor within Transport Improvement supports the safe and consistent delivery of services across the Traffic Management Assurance, Incident Response Service, Transport Operations Centre, and Intelligent Transport Systems teams. The role works closely with the Transport Operations Centre to promote a ‘one team’ approach for seamless on-road service delivery.
- This fast-paced position focuses on driving continuous improvement through a rigorous, audit-based quality management approach. You will support Network Operations teams by maintaining clear, up-to-date procedures and work instructions that ensure safe daily operations.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to influence staff training, embed safety measures, and support teams in using data and insights—especially through Power BI—to improve decision-making and service delivery. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening Victoria’s transport network and ensuring efficient, safe operations for all users.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) is seeking a skilled Operational Assurance Supervisor to support the safe, consistent, and efficient delivery of road network operations.
