Crew Supervisors

Event Operations Group is seeking vibrant and energetic Crew Supervisors to lead our team on-site at events over the summer.

Role includes:

  • Supervising crew during bump in/out of infrastructure
  • Liaising with clients and managing teams
  • Enforcing health & safety standards
  • Running daily start-ups, incident reporting, and job tracking

Details:

  • Casual role | Full availability Mid October – early Feb
  • $40.80 per hour flat rate plus superannuation
  • Based on-site
  • Ongoing opportunities at regional music festivals, food & wine festivals, and motorsport events

We are looking for someone who has the following skills:

  • Proven ability to manage and mentor staff
  • A strong sense of pride in their work and presentation
  • Willingness to be hands-on installing and dismantling infrastructure
  • The capacity to implement and manage site compliance considering health, safety, and environmental factors
  • A willingness to work over weekends, night shifts and public holidays
  • Friendly and confident personality who can liaise with clients and manage a team
  • Good administration skills

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Construction Induction Card
  • Forklift Licence
  • Full Manual Australian Driver's Licence
  • Hold or willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • HR Licence
  • Event or facility management experience
  • Hands on experience with a trade
