**Position**
The role of VIC Sales Manager is now being recruited. This role will see you taking over all sales and account management activities for the region. This means managing key relationships with OEM's, as well as end user clients and ultimately being responsible for the states P/L and revenue targets.
The business is very established and therefore key account and relationship management with various stakeholders is a major aspect of the position, however they are also looking to grow and increase market share and therefore you will also look to develop new relationships and revenue opportunities through the representation of the entire product portfolio of technology
The role will take over the management of all sales staff in VIC.
On offer is a generous salary package + high incentive program, as well as the opportunity to be apart of the senior leadership team of a national organisation.
Most essentially you must have a strong sales background with experience selling to these markets and managing various stakeholders through your sales cycle, along with a strong mechanical aptitude of heavy industrial equipment.
The role requires an individual who has a passion for developing and nurturing strong relationships and strives to achieve continual sales growth and prosperity.
