In this unique opportunity, the VIC State Sales Manager exists to lead and manage a state-based team of sales and account executives, technical solutions experts and Service Managers. As the overall State Manager you'll be heavily involved in nurturing our fantastic culture, & contributing to Macquarie Telecom Group being an amazing place to work.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and deliver the VIC sales strategy
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for the state of VIC
- Achieve KPIs around forecasting and reporting
- Plan and direct the activities of the sales team
- Manage the performance of all team members
- Lead and empower your team - bring out their best
- Work strategically and support the Group Executive to assist in the early identification and quantification of significant business issues impacting the growth of the business
- Have exceptional stakeholder management experience and be comfortable communicating with C-Suite Executives

**Your ideal skills & experience**
- Have strong existing industry relationships across ITC
- Possess a minimum of 5 years direct people management experience in ITC sales (mid to large corporate)
- Experience winning and account managing Telecommunications business in the mid to large Corporate market
- Knowledge of sales CRM such as Salesforce
- Strong knowledge across the full ITC product suite
- Have the ability to manage a thriving, high performing team to ensure they can consistently achieve and outperform targets
