Sales & Marketing Manager

**About the role**
**Main tasks**: The primary function of your role is to develop expansion strategies for your division across the APAC region.
**Other tasks**:
**Prepare** go-to-market plans for growing the customer base
**Support** relevant channels and teams in defining the customer experience
**Mentor** and train your sales team in generating new business and working with the dealership network
**Collaborate** with internal stakeholders, particularly product and other marketing team members
**Monitor** competitors in your territory and provide analysis to your team.
**Provide** the framework to deliver B2B and B2C customer excellence.
**Maintain** excellent business relationships with key stakeholders.
**Utilise** the CRM systems to your advantage and keep accurate documentation of your team's strategy.

- Proven success in sales, relationship & account management, marketing strategy, or related
- Experience in staff coaching, mentoring, & leadership
- Have an entrepreneurial & agile nature where you can adapt to changing needs
**You will be highly regarded if you also have**:
- Experience in a hands-on sales, marketing, & leadership role in a related industry
- Formal qualifications in marketing or business
