**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and successful sales professional to join our team as a State Field Sales Manager for Nestle Professional within the Out of Home Industry. Nestle Professional is a leader in the industry, offering a comprehensive range of Culinary Food Service solutions, as well as Soluble coffee solutions, Liquid and Roast & Ground coffees. Our portfolio includes renowned brands such as Maggi, Buitoni, Docello, Nescafe, Buondi, and Milo.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive results through our existing business partnerships, with a focus on priority channels such as Pub & Clubs, Hotels, Cafes, Healthcare, and Workplaces. As the State Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a sales team of 6, covering Victoria & Tasmania, as well as managing a portfolio of independent distributors

**A day in the Life**

As a State Field Sales Manager, you will:

- Achieve key sales objectives in each quarterly cycle and meet yearly performance goals as set by the business.
- Lead the Nestlé Professional Vic/Tas Field Team, working cross-functionally with Key Accounts and State Distributors to accomplish objectives.
- Manage, train, coach, and develop a highly skilled and motivated team of salespeople.
- Build strong internal relationships with the Nestlé Professional team to capitalize on sales opportunities, which will be a crucial part of your role.

**What will make you successful**:

- Prior management experience with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Highly motivated with the ability to inspire and lead others, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, selling, and negotiation skills, along with sound commercial acumen.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, with knowledge of Power BI being desirable.
