Collaborate with our Coaches/Consultants and extended team to provide clients with an exceptional learning experience providing your design and facilitation expertise, utilising both current and new content.

You will be responsible for the facilitation and design of our workshops, both face to face and online. You will be responsible for providing Learning and Development direction and assistance to our team, creating workshops and providing valuable consultation. You will partner with key internal stakeholders and clients to ensure that our training activities align with and support both Prime’s and our clients’ business goals.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Design of workshops and new training material to ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure training resources are appropriate and timely to meet business performance expectations
- Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**You will have**:

- Expert level of experience in facilitating and delivering workshops
- Knowledge and experience of adult learning principles and digital learning
- A solid understanding of Leadership Development and Business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Extensive experience in delivering workshops to a diverse team of both senior and junior participants
- An Australian Citizen able to complete extensive travel across Australia and Internationally
