Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning & Development Manager, located in Sydney, NSW. The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. They will conduct training needs assessments, deliver effective training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing career development and talent management strategies to support employee growth and retention.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Proficiency in assessing training needs and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Ability to develop career development and talent management strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Sydney, NSW
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
