**THE ORGANISATION**

Our unique client, a global financial and technology company, are seeking an L&D Manager to join their growing P&C team and act as a true partner in this complete end to end role. With an organisation of around 800 employees and continuing to expand, it truly is an exciting time to join them as they embrace significant transformations and changes across the company. Based in the perfect location in Sydney CBD.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the Head of Organisational Development you will oversee and implement the organisations learning and development strategies, ensuring the alignment with the organisation’s goals. This is a complete hands on operational position. You will be responsible for reviewing and reporting on the current learning programs in place, ensuring they effective and striving for continuous improvement. You will be technologically minded and be responsible for managing the organisations LMS ensuring delivery of tracking, data consistency and reporting on training programs. You will also be responsible for collaborating with various vendors to establish content and ensure learning compliance is met across the business.
