This innovative and progressive organisation is a fast-growing financial services provider across Australia. Based in the corporate head office in the heart of the CBD you will form part of the broader HR team and specialising in Learning & Development in this significant, highly visible role.

As an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development professional you will have the experience and confidence to partner directly with the business to establish, develop and deliver key learning outcomes to a broad group of corporate executives and support staff. The development of these learning offerings will either be created internally or you will connect with external providers on needs.

As a Greenfield's role, you will initially focus on building the learning and development strategy from the ground up, beginning with an onboarding program. A detailed training needs analysis across all areas of the business will then need to be carried out and content developed from there. You will also be partnering with the wider people and culture team on performance improvement, leadership development, and succession planning as well as implementing an LMS.

To succeed in this role you will bring with you:

- A strong Learning & Development background with experience in the design and development of a range of programs;
- Leadership Development program experience;
- Can work well independently, this is a stand-alone role from an L&D perspective;
- Experience within the banking & financial services industry, ideally within lending;
- Strong stakeholder management experience, coupled with the ability to build long-term relationships and influencing skills;
- The ability to consult with your stakeholders, understand their needs and priorities, and develop a purpose-built solution;
- E-learning, digital, and instructional design experience;
- Experience in the delivery of train-the-trainer programs;
- Tertiary qualified.

This role is best suited to a true Learning and Development specialist with broad workplace training and organisational development experience.
