The Opportunity

As a Learning & Development Manager at Dexus, you’ll have a direct impact on the operation of our business. Your contribution will shift the way our people work and how our projects come to life, enabling the broader Dexus team to progress. The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development (L&D) initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with other parts of P&C and the business, to ensure L&D support the delivery of Dexus’s strategic objectives and the continuous improvement of initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

About You
- Proven experience in Learning & Development: Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience within Learning & Development, training, organisational development, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in designing an organisational learning strategy: Demonstrate experience in determining and implementing a strategy that is aligned to business requirements and is embedded in the broader employee experience.
- Training design and delivery: expertise in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, including e-learning and simulations.
- Stakeholder management: Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders and being an ambassador for learning within the organisation.
- Budget and vendor management: handling budgets for training programs and managing vendor relationships.
- Digital and systems: Experience using Workday is advantageous.
