**At Nido**, we know that learning together, and from each other, is what will make us stand out and prepare us for the future.

Our People function is evolving and we are seeking a Learning and Development Manager who will create and implement programs that will strengthen our people capabilities, improve leadership and maintain the ongoing development of our Nido team. This will include the strategy, management and oversight of the learning and development platform, frameworks and systems and reports to the Head of People.

**Who are you?**
- You are confident with significant experience as a learning and development professional
- You have a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be able to deal with a level of ambiguity.
- Tertiary qualifications in learning and development, organisational behaviour/psychology, adult education and/or HR preferred
- You demonstrate the capacity to work both autonomously and in partnership or collaborations
- You have an eye for innovation
- You possess strong facilitation and communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- You have an innate ability to translate business needs into learning solutions that are practical and commercial

**What will you be responsible for?**
- Design and deliver the Learning and Development strategy
- Develop Learning Pathways for our Teachers to grow their career
- Coordination of Learning Resources to deliver learning outcomes
- Coordination of Professional Development
- Review, refresh of our onboarding program for all employees
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders & SME’s and external partners to create training content and tools to upskill our team and drive quality of education and care
- Design and deliver Leadership Development programs and training
- Plus much much more
