Provide administrative support within the Human Resources department of a TAFE. This department is crucial to the Institute, providing comprehensive services, support tools and advice to all other departments.
- Full time hours
- Immediate commencement

The Organisation:
Australia's leading provider of training for the foods, tourism, hospitality, and events industries with a campus in the heart of Melbourne.
The Role:
Be the first point of contact and provide support for internal and external HR related enquiries for the department, through the provision of high-level customer service. You will undertake a range of HR administrative functions assisting the Manager and other staff within the Department
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate the reception desk to the department and ensure smooth operations
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding functions of the Department
- Collate and enter data into the HR system
Skills and Experience:
- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities with ease
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High-level of proficiency in computer software packages
