**The Organisation**
An established and reputable organisation with a metropolitan network of offices who require on-going assistance with all matters pertaining to their employees and HR best practice.
**The Opportunity**
With an immediate start to jump straight in, you’ll be working closely with a small and engaging HR team to assist with day to day HR Administration to support the People and Culture function.
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- First line of contact for all HR enquiries
- Provide key information to HR Business Partners prior to internal meetings
- Research and source information for HR projects
- Ensure compliance across all HR matters.
- Construct HR reporting metrics for HR Manager
- Assist with key HR Projects working closely with HR Business Partners.
- Involvement with HR meetings for the team to better understand key timelines.
**About You**
Partially or fully credentialed in HR studies, you bring to this role relevant work experience in a HR Administrative role. You are available to start immediately and are able to commit for a three month tenure minimum. There could be an opportunity to stay on if all parties agree. Salary commensurate with experience, $80k as a guide.
