Our client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their HR team. This role provides support and advice to employees working across their head office and stores. This is a great opportunity to use your administrative and communication skills, to help them make a real difference.
In the role, you’ll work alongside another HR Administrator to provide excellent administrative support to the HR team, looking after the administration systems. This is a fast-paced role which will require high levels of organisation, attention to detail, pro-activity and multi-tasking. You’ll work on tasks related to recruitment, payroll, inductions, HR projects and more.
As an
**HR Administrator,** you will be responsible for:
- Producing all HR-related documentation to the required standard, including employment contracts, variation to contract letters, and regular HR Process communications such as Pay Reviews
- Updating and maintaining colleague files ensuring all records are up to date, highlighting any discrepancies to the relevant stakeholder
- Working within defined timescales
- Managing HR inbox
- Working closely with the HR Business Partner on both day-to-day tasks and project work
- Reference checks of new joiners
- Maintaining pay rate change, change of location, manage contract changes, and issue HR-related letters and communications
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will Take Responsibility
- _for providing efficient, accurate and timely administrative support encompassing all areas of generalist HR across the business.
**What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?**
The HR Administrator will be process driven with proven experience of working within an automated, administrative environment. You will also be:
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Knowledgeable and experienced with MS office packages including Word and Excel
