**The Role**
ArcBlue is looking for an energetic Client Relationship Manager - Learning and Development Products to join our growing team during this exciting time. The role will allow you to use your solid understanding of learning and development concepts and practices, as well as strong project management, administration and problem-solving skills to contribute to the team and success of the broader business.
In this role you will work effectively with clients, manage multiple projects, and contribute to the team's success in achieving its targets. This role has a great balance between client facing, project management and hands on coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the Learning and Development Director, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Work with our existing client base to successfully deliver training programs, tailored eLearning and our skills gap analysis
- Set up training events, survey participants and eLearning users

- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects related to learning and development, including project planning, execution, and evaluation
- Work closely with clients to identify their learning needs and design customised solutions to meet those needs
- Stay up to date with the latest thinking and trends in the learning and development space to continually improve the services provided to clients
- Deliver presentations to clients on our learning and development services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
- Ensure that all work is delivered to a high standard
- Work autonomously, manage own time and meet deliverables within set deadlines
**About You**
- Experience in client relationship management, project management or learning and development (ideally in a consulting environment but not essential)
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop solutions
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to clients effectively via PowerPoint and build relationships
- Knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
- Business development, client engagement or account management experience (highly desired)
- Have a proactive and pre-emptive approach to business needs with the ability to meet critical deadlines
