Olive Solutions is recruiting a Client Relationship Manager on behalf of a dedicated NDIS provider based in Brisbane (also expanding to Melbourne). As a **Client Relationship Manager**, you will play a vital role in driving organisational success while contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Seeking a proactive and experienced **Client Relationship Manager** to drive business growth and oversee service delivery for participants under the NDIS. This pivotal role combines leadership, relationship management, and business development to strengthen our market position and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Development and Growth**
- Research new business opportunities and identify viable income streams.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and drive new business leads.
- Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients, converting leads into active clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client referral goals set by senior leadership.
- Assess competitive landscapes, track market trends, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients and those in the pipeline.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (allocations, recruitment, care coordination) to deliver services that meet participants' needs.
- Maintain and manage a robust and organized client database.

**Leadership and Compliance**
- Supervise and coach staff to ensure understanding of tasks and duties.
- Act as a link between frontline staff and management to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure practices align with NDIS guidelines, Child Safe Standards, and other relevant regulations.
- Draft and review contracts, proposals, and other documentation to support business operations.

**Operational Excellence**
- Report successes and areas for improvement to senior leadership.
- Contribute to leadership meetings and other organizational initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging best practices within the disability sector, including the NDIS Practice Standards and Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Essential Qualifications and Certifications**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, Business Management, or related fields, or extensive experience in the NDIS/disability sector.
- Current Worker Screening approval.
- Completion of the New Worker NDIS Induction Module.
- Australian Driver’s License.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates (if applicable).
- Comprehensive vehicle insurance and registration (if using a personal vehicle).
- Commitment to compulsory professional development.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven track record in business development or a similar role within the NDIS sector.
- Strong understanding of NDIS principles, standards, and compliance mechanisms.
- Experience working with vulnerable participant groups and implementing risk-reduction strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer programs.
- Experience in governance frameworks addressing clinical and practice governance.
