In this role, you'll take ownership of key national accounts — partnering closely with clients to understand their goals, anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions that create lasting value. As a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, you'll ensure every interaction reflects Platinum's commitment to care and best-in-market service.
Your focus is on relationships that matter — nurturing trust with clients and suppliers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure delivery is seamless and strategic. You balance detail with big-picture thinking and are motivated by outcomes that drive mutual success.
A confident communicator with a genuine passion for people, you lead with empathy and empower others through support and example. Whether guiding clients through change, aligning supplier strategies or mentoring team members, you approach every challenge with composure, curiosity and care.

Qualifications / Capabilities:
- Demonstrated success and experience in strategic account management in a relevant industry.
- Demonstrated experience in researching and analysing market information, brand management and developing marketing and branding strategies.
- Demonstrated sound financial acumen, excellent presentation and communication and strategic planning skills.
- Well-developed skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to operate independently and work in a team environment.
- Flexibility in work and thought processes and being highly adaptable and responsive to change.
- Sound Risk and Project Management skills
