**Client Relationship Manager**
- Perfect opportunity for a litigation lawyer or eDiscovery professional looking for the next step in their career outside the normal lines of opportunity

**The Role**

Our client is a highly regarded global Legal Services provider and they are looking for a motivated Client Relationships Manager to join their team.

Working alongside a team of industry leaders in the legal technology and eDiscovery technical and consulting field, your duties will be to:

- Foster ongoing relationships with current clients and manage, expand on, and grow the eDiscovery and Legal Services provision to these clients
- Attend to client and customer queries
- Maintain and develop product knowledge of clients and keep them up to date with technology advancements
- Explain how services can be integrated to improve profitability and efficiencies
- Organise client networking events
- Liaise with the technical and consulting team to ensure client relationships are managed and developed appropriately
- Domestic travel when needed
- Using client relationships to expand business reach and bring in new clients and work
- Win new project work

**About You**

Ideally you will have:

- ** A litigation background of 3-5yrs PAE OR several years of eDiscovery experience is essential**:

- Commercial knowledge of products and services within the Legal Technology and eDiscovery industry
- A pro-active, energetic and ‘can do’ approach to relationship building
- Top notch time management and organisation skills
- High level of client care, account management, telephone engagement and prompt response times
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including empathy and ability to connect with people from differing backgrounds
- Determination and resilience
- Ability to think outside the box
- Ability to travel interstate as required
