About The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Client Relationships Manager to lead the charge in building strong client partnerships and ensuring exceptional service across our BrewHub portfolio.

Reporting to the General Manager Client Experience, this role is the key leader of our clients' experience in Melbourne, working from our office in Port Melbourne and from CBD workplaces as you need to. It's about enhancing client satisfaction, driving retention and performance, and leading a team to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences that support BrewHub's ongoing success.

About the role

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding the unique value and potential of each account and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams.
  • Lead and support the Client Services team, acting as the go-to escalation point for both challenges and wins across your client portfolio.
  • Oversee the successful onboarding and growth of new client accounts by working closely with the Growth team to plan and coordinate all services, installations, and transitions in line with client expectations and agreements.
  • Monitor and analyse client performance, equipment efficiency, and team delivery to identify growth opportunities, improve service quality, and ensure we meet business and budget targets.
  • Host regular review meetings with key clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and co-create long-term plans, including renewals and strategic improvements.
  • Drive client engagement by identifying which clients will benefit from BrewHub's planned activations and ensuring their successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns, share updates, and communicate business-critical information—from financials and compliance to operational updates and team performance.
  • Act as the voice of the client within BrewHub, bringing external perspectives into strategic planning, helping shape the future of our services to align with evolving needs and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • Business degree or equivalent with preferred major in hospitality.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with client accounts management including client proposals, handing negotiations of a moderate complexity, preparation of client agreements, and performance reviews.
  • Hospitality and customer service management experience.
  • Preferred experience in facilities management or employee experience, with a background in frontline team leadership.
  • Planning and organising skills with flexibility to adapt.
  • Experience and talent in building strong and long-lasting connections with stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for increased services and promote them to our clients.

About you:

We're looking for someone who brings strong planning and problem-solving skills, along with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
