Federal Group’s iconic Wrest Point, Country Club Tasmania, and portfolio of 12 community pubs, Vantage Hotel Group is looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to join the team. Based in Hobart or Launceston, this role will support the team to bring to life our brand promise across this portfolio and deliver memorable experiences for our customers.

**About the role**

This role will contribute to the development of annual brand plans and performance marketing programs and be responsible for the execution of these plans and programs plus development of new property visitation ideas and initiatives. You will also contribute to and support execution of major projects and new product development within the Casinos and Hotel portfolio.

This role is responsible for ensuring clarity of priorities, ease of operation, systems efficiencies and ultimately, the achievement of the brand and marketing strategic objectives through the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and events.

**About you**

You will be valued for your organisation skills and your ability to set expectations clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders. You will provide synergy and manage relationships between the marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver marketing campaigns and events. You need to be able to multi-task and shine across multiple brands and projects at once.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

- Success in end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and events.
- Extensive experience in development and execution of project plans with clearly defined goals and measurable objectives.
- Strong experience understanding customer segmentation and brand positioning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to proof and approve finalised go to market content.
- Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills including the ability to understand the differing needs and perspectives of multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work across multiple and conflicting deadlines, within a team and autonomously.
- Ability to write concise briefs for digital and design teams, photographers, and production companies.
- Ability to review data sources, campaign performance and guest feedback to draw insights and optimise channels and campaigns accordingly.
- Ability to drive integration between marketing, operations and sales functions.
