Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance broker engagement.

**A Day in the Life**

The Manager, Broker Marketing & Communications leads the development and execution of broker marketing strategy, campaign plans and communications across the MyState / Auswide Group. This role plays a critical part in driving broker engagement, supporting the sales effort, and strengthening aggregator and broker relationships through tailored, marketing activities.

Working closely with the Broker sales team, as well as MyState / Auswide Group Marketing, Legal and Compliance, this role ensures that broker marketing delivers timely, relevant and brand-aligned content and events that improve broker experience, amplify sales messaging and grow broker channel awareness and consideration MyState / Auswide Group products.

**About You**
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing or communications roles, ideally within financial services, B2B or third-party distribution environments
- Proven experience in designing and executing multi-channel campaigns (EDMs, social, digital, content, events)
- Experience supporting sales teams and aligning marketing initiatives to business growth objectives
- Strong writing, content development and brand management capability
- Exposure to PR, trade media or working alongside corporate affairs teams (desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
