**The role**

You'll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and a diverse range of artists to ensure events and collaborations align with Procreate’s vision and objectives.

As Event Producer, you'll create opportunities to put our products into the hands of new and influential creatives. This role involves planning and delivering both in-person and on-line events while proactively and enthusiastically managing artist relationships.

You'll foster long-term partnerships and ensure exceptional experiences for all involved. You’ll bring a mindset and talent for planning and delivering creative and engaging events and meaningful artist collaborations.

**What you'll do**:

- Plan, coordinate and execute events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions and product demos
- Manage artist relationships, ensuring smooth communication, logístical support, and alignment with brand values
- Collect and escalate product feedback through appropriate channels
- Oversee budgets, contracts, and schedules to ensure seamless event and artist management
- Source venues, coordinate suppliers, and manage all operational aspects of event production
- Maintain clear documentation and workflows to streamline future events and artist engagements
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop event concepts and artist collaborations that enhance our community engagement

**Skills**:

- A track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure
- Demonstrated skill for building genuine connections with artists, collaborators, and industry partners
- An ability to think on your feet, adapting to changes and ensuring every event runs smoothly
- Confident and emotionally intelligent written and verbal communication enabling you to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in all interactions
- An attention to detail allowing you to oversee logistics with precision, ensuring every aspect of an event or collaboration meets the highest standards
- Prior knowledge of event production technologies and logistics
- A background in the creative, music, or technology industries

**What to expect in your first 12 months**:

- Complete the Procreate onboarding process and get to know your colleagues
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our approach to events and artist collaborations
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and artists
- Organise and deliver your first event, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience
- Refine processes to improve efficiency and scalability across event production and artist management
