**Your new role**

Your new role will involve supporting the Head of Marketing and Brand Marketing Manager. The role will include working across:

- Contributing to promotion development, coordinating new product/promotion launches.
- Contributing to the planning of promotions, creative, communications and marketing activity.
- Develop, coordinate, and distribute staff information to their Network via Launch Kits for promotional activity.
- Develop Local Area Marketing for franchisees - provide advice and create targeted marketing campaigns that align with their goals and brand research.
- Coordinate all aspects of campaigns, including printed and digital marketing materials and activities.
- Assist and provide advice on sponsorship & fundraising to store staff and franchisees
- Assist stores in promoting sponsorship & fundraising opportunities to prospective community groups.
- Creation of event-specific artwork, material and signage as required.
- Building and maintaining relationships with event suppliers, to ensuring successful outcomes for the event.

Soft skills, including written and verbal communication, relationship building, teamwork and leadership skills
